Anaëlle Vergonjeanne
anaelle.vergonjeanne@sciencespo.frAnaëlle Vergonjeanne is a PhD associate at CERI and a post-doctoral researcher at CRESPO (UC Louvain - Université Saint-Louis de Bruxelles). Her research focuses on the involvement of children and young people in international institutions, a feminist approach to climate vulnerability, and the strategic uses of human rights. She obtained her PhD in political science and international relations from Sciences Po in 2024, her thesis was entitled “Rethinking climate vulnerabilities: children's turbulent participation in international cooperation”.
She is currently a researcher in the FNRS project “Youth goals in Earth politics”, which examines the participation of young people in international environmental policies. A member of CERI's research group on multilateral action (GRAM), she is in charge of the “Social multilateralism and fundamental rights” section of the Observatoire du multilatéralisme et des organisations internationales. Previously a lecturer (ATER) at Sciences Po Lille in 2023-2024, she has also been a visiting fellow at Oxford University (DPIR, 2022) and at the European University Institute (EUI, 2024).
