Thanks to you, we're improving!

In November 2023, we distributed an international perception survey to library users on all campuses. Thanks to your responses, we were able to gather a great deal of information about how you use the Library. The advice you gave us provided us with the keys to progress. Here are the different issues we worked on:

• Finding information faster: thanks to our new, more fluid and ergonomic website, tested by a panel of students. What's more, digital resources are now integrated into the Catalogue, just like print resources: no more going back and forth between different pages to conduct your research!
• Save time with automated retrieval lockers. These click-and-collect lockers, deployed at various sites, enable you to retrieve your documents wherever you are.
• Easily get help with your work thanks to online tutorials, customized training and live chat with a librarian.
• Lighten the rules by eliminating the need to reserve Library spaces, except those on the 5th floor of the Saint-Guillaume Library and group work rooms.
