Michaela KOŽMÍNOVÁ has graduated from the Master in Environmental Policy. She works as Communications and Membership Assistant at EUROPARC Federation.

Laura Frisiani has graduated from the Master in International Development. She is inclusive business consultant at Hystra in Paris. She will start her CDI starting from September 2020.
Mariane Piccinin Barbieri is a Junior Policy Analyst at the OECD in Paris. She works as a policy consultant for the digital government and open data unit in the Directorate for Public Governance. She is in charge of the Digital Government Index, an indicator launched in October.
Vivian Kawanami is the co-founder and co-president of the Conférence pour le Brésil. The conference was born as a student initiative at Sciences Po Paris last year. In 2020, it will discuss the 2030 Agenda and overcome inequalities in Brazil.
CIVICA - The European University of Social Sciences fosters exchange and cooperation between its eight member institutions, on all levels. This ambitious initiative enables member institutions to advance their common mission of education and research in the social sciences in order to multiply opportunities for students and best prepare the next generation of citizens to build a common future across frontiers.
Up until September 2020, Anne-Claire Legendre served as the Consul General of France in the United States, tending to French citizens and promoting French influence abroad. Meeting with the Sciences Po American Foundation in New York, she explained that her education at Sciences Po gave her the skills she needed to become a diplomat.
Jacopo Casadei has graduated from the Master in International Energy at PSIA. He is currently working as a Market Reporter in the European Natural Gas team at Argus Media. He writes about market developments in the Italian gas market.
Hannah Cooper is the CEO & Co-Founder of Cooper/Smith, a professional services firm that uses data to improve global health and development programs, and a graduate of Sciences Po. She credits Sciences Po in her approach to problem solving that has served her throughout her multidimensional career.
Maud Leclair is a research assistant in the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s department of Asian Art. Thanks to Sciences Po, she says, she gained the pragmatic and professional skills that give her confidence in her ability to one day take the helm of a cultural institution.
Deputy Dean for the past year, Sébastien Pimont is now officially taking over from Christophe Jamin as Dean of the Law School at the start of the September 2020 academic year. This succession, although prepared over a long period of time, is occurring during an unprecedented educational context. Camille Gaumont is the Cycling Project Manager at Plaine Commune, a public institution representing 9 communes to the north of Paris. She is the cycling lead for the entire area, which is half the size of Paris and home to 430,000 inhabitants.
Noa Levy Baron graduated in May 2020 from the Dual BA Program Between Sciences Po and Columbia University. A Human Rights Major with a specialisation in Psychology, she wrote a research essay entitled “Art Therapy with Refugees: Overcoming Processes of Pathologization and Fostering Social Integration”, which won the Human Rights Institute of Columbia Essay Contest. Michael Allegretti is the Chief Strategy Officer at Rubicon, a software company using technology to drive environmental innovation. Throughout his multi-faceted career in policy, he has concentrated on leadership and problem solving, and attributes his interests partly to his time at Sciences Po. “Sciences Po taught me that focus: how do you lead, whether it's the highest level of the French Presidency down to Parliament or city governments, in a way that solves problems for people?” Allegretti says. “That is ultimately what I believe good public policy is about, solving problems in a cost effective and fair way.”
Thierry Bernard is the CEO of QIAGEN, a life science and molecular diagnostic company currently at work producing COVID-19 tests. Bernard says that his entry into the healthcare industry was “purely coincidence,” but he has excelled thanks to “the mindset that Sciences Po gives you to always try to go the extra mile.”
With the death of Jacques Chirac in September 2019, a light goes out on a chapter of French political history and on one of Sciences Po’s most illustrious alumni. During his three years at the Institut d’études politiques, from 1951 to 1954, France’s former president would take his first strides into the dazzling career that was to follow.
Maile Cannon, a French-born Chinese journalist and English dialogue coach, speaks to students at Sciences Po's J-School in Paris. The author also works as a voice actress, dubbing director, and post-production consultant in Beijing.
Evan Epstein is an expert in corporate governance, a field he describes as “like peeling an onion, once you get into this, there are all of these different layers that you have to dig into.” It is clear that Epstein’s journey has also been multilayered, and that his semester studying abroad at Sciences Po was just one of the many experiences that he has fully dug into.
We spoke with Abby Butkus, Program Manager at Catalyst Fund. Abby got her Master’s degree at Sciences Po before working in Rwanda and now in the United States. In this interview, Abby discusses her current career in fintech and her advice for connecting to the Sciences Po network.
Aurélien Breeden is a reporter at the New York Times Paris bureau, covering France and all things related. He spent five years at Sciences Po in Paris - three for the bachelor program and two in the joint Journalism School / PSIA masters degree. Hogue: Journalism is a field where any experience is good experience - regardless of the medium or the location.

Pauline Vermare, the Cultural Director for Magnum Photos New York, believes that “it's thanks to Sciences Po that I am what I am now.” After graduating with a Master of International Relations, Vermare embarked on a transatlantic career in photography and remains extremely thankful for what she received from Sciences Po.
We spoke with Benoist de Vimal, director at the Natixis New York branch. Benoist studied at Sciences Po and for his investment banking expertise in the aviation industry, was named in Airline Economics' 40 under 40 2019 list.
At Sciences Po, all third-year undergraduate students spend a mandatory year abroad studying at one of our 478 partner universities or pursuing an internship. After two years on our Paris campus, Flora Cerda chose to spend her third year at the Universidad Católica Argentina in Buenos Aires. In this video, she tells us about her experience and how it helped reinforce her passion and interests, and better define her choice of Master’s and future career goals.
