Bernardo Abreu de Medeiros has a Master in Theory of State and Constitutional Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and is a specialist in Legal Argumentation from the University of Alicante, Spain. He has experience in the area of ​​Law, with emphasis on Public Law and Law and State Theory. He taught at the Law Institute of PUC-Rio. Currently, he is working in the areas “Justice System” and “Law and Public Policy” with specific focus on constitutional designs and comparative accountability institutions.
