Visiting Associate Professor
Norma Munoz del Campo is an Associate Professor at the Department of Public Policy and Management, Universidad de Santiago, and specialized in public policy analysis. Her lines of research have been developed based on the intersection of cognitive and institutional approaches to study the reforms that have taken place in Chile since the transition to democracy to date. She is also interested in studies on the learning processes associated with civil servants and parliamentarian’s careers. The debates on teaching-learning processes in the university environment and their application to the teaching of public policy are also an important field of her work.

Research project pursued at the CEE
Norma Munoz del Campo will work on two projects while at the CEE:
- As a lead researcher of the research project "Knowledge and Professionalization of the Parliamentary Function in Chile: The state of the art based on the concepts of Capacity Building and Social Learning".
- In the Innovation Teaching Project "What do Educational Strategies, Case Analysis and PBL offer to the Teaching-Learning Process of Public Policy? A Literature Review”
