PhD candidate in Political Science at University of São Paulo (DCP/USP), with a Master degree in the same University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) Telma Hoyler is also a junior researcher at the Center for Metropolitan Studies (CEM).
Research interests
Local Councilors influence in urban policies; interactions between Executive and Legislative branches ; brokers, territory and policies.
