Telma Hoyler is a Ph.D. student in Political Science at University of São Paulo (DCP/USP), with a Master degree in the same University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). Between 2014 and 2016 Telma Hoyler worked in São Paulo´s City Hall in the Comptroller General Office and the Planning Secretariat. Since 2012 she is a junior researcher at the Center for Metropolitan Studies (CEM).
