Visiting Professor
Vicente Ugalde is Professor at the Centre for Demographic, Urban and Environmental Studies - Colegio de Mexico (Colmex). He holds a Master in Administrative Science (2001) and a PhD in Law from Paris II University Panthéon-Assas (2006). His main research interests are environmental and urban policies in Mexico with a special focus on legal decision-making in control of urban and environmental regulation. He also works on a project comparing modes of governance (What is governed?) and urban development in Paris, London, Sao Paolo, Mexico, leaded by Patrick Le Galès. He teaches Local government in the Master in Urban Studies at Colmex.
