Francesco Findeisen
Docteur en sociologie
Francesco Findeisen is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Hertie School's Centre for Sustainability and an Associate Researcher at Sciences Po’s Centre for European Studies and Comparative Politics.
His research focuses on how climate governance can be designed in multi-level systems to accelerate the net-zero transition and the political economy of climate action in subnational territories. Additionally, his work probes the governance and political economy of infrastructure and housing policy in modern political economies. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including the European Journal for Sociology, Competition and Change, and Territory, Politics, and Governance.
Francesco completed his Ph.D. in Sociology at Sciences Po's Centre for European Studies and Comparative Politics under the supervision of Cornelia Woll and Patrick Le Galès. He studied sociology and political science at Humboldt University Berlin, New York University, and the London School of Economics.
