Iris Meyer

Iris Meyer is a Ph.D. candidate in political science at the University of Lausanne. She holds a Master’s Degree in political science from the University of Freiburg i. Br. (Germany) and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques Aix-en-Provence (France). She has also completed the post-graduate programme in public administration at the University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer (Germany), where she has worked as a research assistant in public law.

Iris Meyer’s current research focuses on the coordination and integration of public policies especially at the national level of government. Her thesis is part of an ongoing research project funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation which analyses horizontal integration of public policies in 14 OECD countries in the period between 1985 and 2014. Her empirical research covers the fields of housing policy and unemployment policy in different OECD countries, with a special focus on France and Germany.

Visiting projects and objectives
