Procedure for requesting an invitation to a visiting fellowship

Requests for invitations are examined by the CEE's Unit Council, after a formal request has been sent.

This procedure ensures that the guest's project is consistent with the Centre's key themes of research.

Two calls are proposed, for a stay envisaged during the current and/or the next academic year:

• 15 February: for an arrival at the earliest beginning of September 
• 15 September: for an arrival in January at the earliest

Applications must be sent to contact.cee@sciencespo.fr; coping the referee contacted at the CEE. 

The answer will be communicated within eight weeks after the application deadline. The application has to be sent in one single file (Word or PDF) including the following documents:

• a Request form
• a CV
• a Motivation
• a Confirmation of support from a member of the CEE
• For PhD student : a letter of support from the thesis director.

Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Guests are provided with an access card to the premises and the library, a sciencespo.fr email address, a workspace, and are invited to all the Centre's events. 

As far as possible, depending on the length of the visiting period or the framework of the invitation (contractual, grant holder, etc.), guests contribute actively to the laboratory's activities. Some of them present their work in one of the CEE seminars and/or give lectures and/or participate in our events as discussant in order to bring their expertise.
