ERIS Young Scholars Online conference: Call for abstracts!
Why study international Practices?
ERIS Young Scholars Online Conference on 27 November 2024
The objective of this first online conference by ERIS is to put together postdoctoral and doctoral (PhD) students worldwide, to exchange on their PhD research during a two-hour panel online from 4pm to 6pm (CET time).
Selected research topics:
- Practice theory,
- International practices,
- Diplomatic practices,
- Role of agency and structures in diplomacy (with a special interest for the role of diplomats and diplomatic institutions).
Submission deadline for abstracts: 1 July 2024
Length and content: Abstract should be 300-word-long and present the applicant's research.
Process: Abstracts to be emailed to Prof. Christian Lequesne (CERI – Sciences Po, Paris): christian.lequesne@sciencespo.fr
A scientific review committee, composed of scholars affiliated to the journal, will review the submissions and give a reply to applicants by 1 September 2024.
The best presentations could be transformed into articles to be submitted to ERIS as a precursor to the peer-review process.
