Conferences about Europe - session 2

The eurozone crisis has revealed the huge gap between those who see Europe primarily through the lenses of solidarity and those who insist on the responsability of each member state in dealing with its problems. Is this contradiction still relevant at the time when projects of eurozone reforms are flourishing? This is a particularly salient issue in the wake of Italian general elections.
