Cloé Artaut
After two years of classes prépas (a 2-year programme that prepares students to enter a competitive Grande Ecole) Cloé Artaut obtained three BA degrees (one in public law, one in political science and one in modern literature). She then obtained the Sciences Po Master’s degree in political theory and she also holds a Master’s degree from the Sorbonne in French literature.
After completing her Master’s dissertation on the concept of “national-republicanism”, applied to the case of the Republican Spring (2016-2022), she is the recipient of a Doctoral Fellowship and is currently preparing a PhD thesis at the CEVIPOF.
She lectures in political science/political humanities at Sciences Po where she is also a Teaching Assistant on a number of undergraduate courses and cross-curricular classes. Her research is in the field of the history of ideas and focuses on national identity and how the past in used in politics.
