Sibylle Léonard
Sibylle Léonard graduated from Sciences Po with a master’s degree in political theory.
Her dissertation analyzed abortion legislation in Germany. She is continuing in this area for her doctoral thesis by means of a critical analysis of the ideological and normative underpinnings of reproductive policies.
Her aim is to generate perspectives capable of informing current debate on reproductive rights and State regulation of
family planning. In order to achieve this outcome, she is focusing on individual ejection of procreation and the stakes of unwanted pregnancies.
