Vincent Martigny
Vincent Martigny is a full professor (agrégé) of political science and holds a PhD from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) (2012). He also holds a Master’s degree in Political Thought (MPhil.) from the University of Cambridge (Trinity Hall, 2001), a Master’s degree in Comparative Politics (MSc.) from the London School of Economics (2000), and a diploma from the Bordeaux Institute of Political Studies (1999).
Associated researcher at CEVIPOF SciencesPo Paris since 2013, he focuses on political institutions, particularly executive power in France, within a comparative perspective. In the past, he has conducted research on French nationalism as well as on the role of the Secretary General of the Élysée.
