Experimentation

This component will consist of experimenting, in the form of simulation exercises with a profoundly renewed format, different modalities of adaptation to critical situations, drawing on the results and reflections undertaken in the research component.

Thus, the participants could be put in situations where they must seek information in a situation of great uncertainty, explore options, evaluate the conditions of implementation, measure the effects of their decisions and be able to re-evaluate them, and manage controversies related to the evaluation of the situation; with, at each stage, a return on the consequences of their choices to lead them to revise their preferences if necessary.

This component will also develop feedback loops in organisations, with a view to promoting continuous learning. The aim is to help personnel learn from critical situations, be it the difficulties and failures encountered or the innovative solutions found and the successes, so as to initiate a continuous process of adaptation to critical situations.
