Presentation ot the doctoral programme
Since its inception, the CSO has stood out for its sustained investment in research training. The centre has set up and developed an ambitious doctoral programme that provides a unique and comprehensive framework based on the acquisition of the knowledge and resources necessary to flourish in academic and non-academic careers. This programme embodies the collective commitment of the entire team (researchers and support staff) to doctoral students within the laboratory. It is grounded in several socialisation and training components, from the weekly Friday doctoral seminar to thesis committees, seminars on articles, writing seminars, and thesis and post-thesis discussions.
The doctoral program is directed by Patrick Castel and previously by Sophie Dubuisson-Quellier from 2012 to 2016 and by Jérôme Pélisse from 2017 to 2020.
