Laura Grigolon

Laura GRIGOLON is Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Mannheim. She is also affiliated to the Ausschuss Für Industrieökonomik, Verein Für Socialpolitik (Committee for Industrial Economics), the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), and the Mannheim Center for Competition and Innovation (MaCCI).

Her main research interests are in industrial organisation, competition policy and applied micro-economics. Her research focuses on using theory-based modeling with empirical analysis to examine policy issues in industrial organization, with applications to the car industry, peer-to-peer markets and applied health. She is currently Project Leader for the Family Decision-Making and Investments project of the Collaborative Research Centre SFB-TR224 that has received support from the German Science Foundation (DFG).
