Clemens GRAF von LUCKNER is a PhD Candidate in Economics at Sciences Po working on a thesis entitled Essays on International Finance and the Economics of Sovereign Default, under the supervision of Stéphane GUIBAUD. He is also an Economist at the World Bank.
