Davide Suverato

Davide SUVERATO is a Senior Researcher at ETH Zürich and Chair of Applied Economics. He is a Research Fellow at the Achille and Giulia Boroli Chair in European Studies at Bocconi and at the Bocconi Baffi Careefin, Centre for Applied Research on International Markets, Banking, Finance and Regulation. Prior to joining the ETH Zürich he was an Assistant Professor at the Technical Institute of Münich and Lecturer at the Polytechnic of Milan and Bocconi.

His research is dedicated to understanding the effect of international trade on jobs and society: how firms allocate resources in a globalized economy; which jobs are lost or created thanks and because of trade; and which policies help fostering and redistributing welfare.
