Ao Wang

Ao WANG is Assistant Professor in Economics at the University of Warwick since 2020. He is also a Research Associate at CAGE Research Centre (Public Policy and Data Group) and at CREST.

His main research interests are in empirical industrial organisation and (structural) econometrics. Although his academic career is young, his research work has already benefited from important funding, and notably an Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) New Investigator Grant for the project “Pervasiveness and Welfare Consequences of Quantity Discounts in the Retail Sector” (with PI Alessandro Iaria).
