For our next Banque de France/Sciences Po Research Seminar "Banks and the Financial System: what regulation?" of the academic year, we are pleased to host Bruno Biais (Professor of Finance, HEC Paris) on the topic:

Emission Caps and Investment in Green Technologies

Victor Saint Jean (Assistant Professor of Finance, ESSEC) will also give his views on the subject.
