Cyril Couaillier

Cyril COUAILLIER is a PhD candidate in Economics at Sciences Po, working on a thesis entitled Financial System and the Real Economy : Interactions and Regulations, under the supervision of Stéphane GUIBAUD. He is also currently an economist at the European Central Bank (ECB), specialised in financial stability. Prior to joining the ECB he was a Research Economist at the Banque de France in the Macroprudential Policy Unit.

He works in particular on the financial cycle, bank capital and derivative products.

Edgard Dewitte
Edgard DEWITTE is a PhD candidate in Economics at Sciences Po, working on a thesis entitled Essays on the Economics of Democracy under the supervision of Julia CAGÉ. He is also a Doctoral Fellow at the LIEPP and currently a visiting scholar at Harvard for the academic year.

He explores issues at the crossroad of Political Economy, Economic History and Behavioral Economics.
