Gustave Kenedi, Philippe Martin Thesis Prize Accessit

An accessit was awarded to Gustave Kenedi on 11 December at the 10th annual AFSE - DG Trésor conference on the evaluation of public policies.

Congratulations to Gustave Kenedi, Postdoctoral Research Economist at the London School of Economics within the Centre for Economic Performance, for the Philippe Martin Dissertation Prize accessit awarded by the Conseil d'Analyse Économique (CAE). The jury paid tribute to his doctoral research on intergenerational mobility and inequalities in higher education. In his Job Market Paper Gustave Kenedi aims to gain a better understanding of one of the mechanisms underlying intergenerational immobility, in particular the way in which students choose their higher education course and how this choice may be influenced by the trajectories of their former high school classmates.
