Alessandra Bonfiglioli

Alessandra BONFIGLIOLI is Associate Professor of Economics ("Reader") and, since September 2018, Director of Graduate Studies at the School of Economics and Finance at Queen Mary University of London. She is a Research Fellow at Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), an Affiliated Professor at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (GSE), and an Associate Editor of the Journal of the European Economic Association.

She is a macroeconomist interested in international trade, growth and income inequality, and political economy. Her research focuses on the the determinants of income inequality and firm heterogeneity across and within countries, and on the effects of institutions on economic incentives and countries' economic performance. 

Alessandra BONFIGIOLI will present a paper, joint with Rosario CRINO, Gino GANCIA, and Ioannis PAPADAKIS, at the next Paris Trade Seminar via Zoom on the theme:
