Students from 1st and 2nd years took on the role of a space agency expert, a scientist or an industrialist in charge of a mission. The exercise illustrated the sometimes subtle alliance that must be found between respecting one's own positions and the need to find compromises.

Manon Fortemps was awarded a prize by the French Evaluation Society for her thesis. Her thesis looked at the relationship between country policy and development aid. It found that the better a country's political stability, the more aid it received.

Marisol Dextre-Polo is the winner of the Master's thesis award in public policy evaluation from the French Evaluation Society. She studied the long-term effects of a conditional cash transfer program on the educational and professional aspirations of teenagers in Peru.
Two hundred and thirteen students have made this choice for the 2022-2023 academic year, i.e. 29% of the Master 2 students. The apprentices were able to meet and attend various conferences in order to embark on their new career path.

The Public Policy Incubator is a program at the core of the School of Public Affairs. Every year from January to May, about 100 first-year Master students gather in groups of 4-6 to tackle a concrete problem. The students will not have for mere objective to form adiagnostic, but to draw from their observation and knowledge learned.

DefInSpace is a hackathon organised by the Space Command (CDE) on defence andsecurity issues in space. 200 participants grouped into forty teams took up a challenge launched by the French Air Force: Design solutions for the spaceDefence of tomorrow in just 24 hours.
Several students from Sciences Po's Global Health public policy Master’s year held an interactive panel discussion on recommendations concerning evidence-based policy making in health. Their recommendations highlight the need to rethink the entire health policy cycle through institutional incentives. They also invite for a change of mindset and more effective tools for knowledge translation.
The Policy Brief was written by two students from the Digital, New Technology and Public Policy stream of the School of Public Affairs. It was written as part of the course “Comparative approaches to Big Tech Regulation” given by Professor Florence G’sell.
Ten Master 1 students from Sciences Po presented their projects to the European Commission in May 2022. The projects were developed in the framework of the Public Policy Incubator course at Sciences Po. The aim of the course is to create a representative and committed European youth.
