Master in Economic Law, 2nd year: Economic Litigation and Arbitration

The Economic Litigation and Arbitration (CEA) specialty aims to train jurists who are immediately operational in business litigation in all forms and who are not confined to a distinct area or practice, providing them the flexibility to change practices based on a foundational expertise in economic litigation.

This objective is pursued by combining highly technical teaching with practical exercises offered by recognized professionals. The CEA specialization allows the student to have a 360° vision and understanding of litigation, with exposure to all forms of litigation (civil, commercial, criminal, European, administrative, etc.) as well as to the different actors, including magistrates, consular judges, lawyers, justice commissioners and mediators.

Over the course of the year, students will acquire solid knowledge of the different procedures of the state, general and special, arbitral and amicable, learning to articulate them and develop a procedural strategy.

The Economic Litigation and Arbitration specialty is particularly suited to those who intend to become lawyers or legal directors in French & European contexts.
