Jules Cosqueric is a PhD candidate at Sciences Po Law School. He has been preparing a doctoral thesis under the supervision of Professor Julie Saada since September 2024.
He examines the way in which law (international and French criminal law) deals with and qualifies mass crimes. His main case study is the genocide of Tutsis in Rwanda in 1994.
Jules Cosqueric holds a master's degree in economic law from Sciences Po Law School (2024), a Bachelor of Arts from Sciences Po (2021) and a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Paris-Sorbonne (2021).
