Natacha Estèves is currently preparing a Ph.D. on collaborative and open models in Patents under the supervision of professors Michel Vivant and Mikhail Xifaras at Sciences Po Law School in Paris.
She completed a Master of Research in International Economic Governance jointly organised by Columbia Law School, the University of Paris 1 and Sciences Po. Her master thesis was supervised by Professor Michel Vivant (“Restoration and Retroactivity of Copyrights: Half Hearted Innovation and Creation”).
Natacha Estèves was a teaching assistant in Public International Law at the Collège Universitaire of Reims and in Private International Law at the Collège Universitaire of Sciences Po in Paris. She was teaching assistant to Professor Michel Vivant for his class Intellectual Property: The Inescapable Globalization? She was a guest researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation&Competition in Munich from Septembre 2014 to September 2015. She is currently a an assistant lecturer in Public International Law and EU Law at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Toulouse. She is also a visiting Ph.D student at CREATe (RCUK Centre for Copyright and New Business Models in the Creative Economy) at the University of Glasgow.
