As the 2024-2025 academic year begins, the Sciences Po Law School will welcome Prof. Fausto Pocar’s unique perspectives on the occasion of his Commencement Address, honoring the Classes of 2024 and 2025 of the LLM in Transnational Arbitration & Dispute Settlement (TADS).

Prof. Fausto Pocar reunites extensive experience in the most renowned international legal institutions and organizations. In his personal capacity, he serves as Judge ad hoc of the International Court of Justice in the case between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, and has served as a member of the Human Rights Committee of the United Nations, Judge to the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia –– to which he served as Vice-President and President –– and member of the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.

At the TADS LLM Commencement, Prof. Pocar will share his insights on international dispute settlement when addressing “The Development of Institutional Arbitration for the Settlement of International Disputes” on 13 September 2024 at 6pm.

While priority will be given to TADS LLM Faculty, Students and Alumni, a limited number of seats are available to those interested in attending his lecture. Please register below.
