Francis Akali Oloo is a PhD Candidate in Law at Sciences Po Paris. He specialises in Public International Law: International Humanitarian Law, International Environmental Law, Treaty Law, and Human Rights. He is admitted to the Kenyan bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
Francis has experience teaching law at Sciences Po Paris (France), and working with the United Nations Environment Programme (Kenya) and the United Nations Population Fund (Trinidad and Tobago). He has also worked with the United Nations General Assembly (US), Share-Net International (Netherlands), and the Kenya Human Rights Commission (Kenya).
