Hadrien Pauchard is a French Ph. D. candidate at Sciences Po Law School, who works on private international law and transnational arbitration. He is particularly interested to explore the role played by private law in global governance. His current research focuses on the representations of space that underlie rules of private international law, under the supervision of Professor Horatia Muir Watt.
A graduate in Economics and Law from École Normale Supérieure de Rennes, Hadrien holds a Master Degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Law School.
Provisional thesis title: Private international law and space: the constitutive role of law in global governance.
