Fourth Intergenerational Arbitration Symposium - Hot topics of International Arbitration

The IGAS is meant to offer an opportunity to confront the visions of young people at the beginning of their careers with those of experienced professionals on pressing issues in arbitration. 

The issues addressed in this edition will be "Arbitrating beyond party autonomy", "State control of arbitral awards - Current trends" and "Arbitration and Climate Change". 

Each speaker will address a particular problem and/or experience dealing with the overall topic of the panel for no more than 10 minutes. The Debaters will comment on the Speakers’ remarks and pose questions.
