An apprenticeship is a form of training in which students spend one year alternating between work in a public or private organisation and attending academic courses at Sciences Po. The host organization covers the tuition fees and the student financial autonomy, giving them a fast path to a professional integration.

The 2021 Graduate Employability Survey on the class of 2019 shows that Sciences Po students remain very attractive to employers. Despite a job market facing difficultdifficulties, 82% of our 2019 graduates found their first job in less than 6 months after graduating. Claire Pétreault is a 2019 graduate of the From the Master in Innovation & Digital Transformation at Sciences Po. She is a member of the “ Climate Generation’: a generation of youth who refuse to work in a career that has a negative impact on the environment. Claire co-founded in May 2020 the Facebook group “Sciences Po en Vehicle en Transition” which now has more than 2,000 members.
Bastien is a 2018 Alumni from the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources programme. He now works as Talent acquisition specialist at Ubisoft.
