The program ‘Doctorat Handicap’: national campaign 2025

Students who have an ‘RQTH’ and and would like to complete a PHD, can apply to the program
‘Doctorat Handicap’. This initiative was developed by the French Ministry of Higher
Education and Research to encourage students with disabilities to continue their studies at
the doctoral level.

The campaign provides funding for 30 PHD contracts over 3 years throughout France.

Interested candidates should contact the doctoral school with which they will prepare their
application file. At Sciences Po, it is the School of Research that selects the applications,
checks their admissibility and submits them to the Ministry's Siredo web platform.
