ELECT YOUR REPRESENTATIVES TO THE BOARDS OF THE IEP OF PARIS
Next October, most of the communities of Sciences Po are invited to vote to nenew their representatives to the Board of the Institut d'études politiques (IEP) de Paris, for a one, two or four-years term, depending on their electoral college. Will vote for this election the students, the students enrolled in doctoral studies, the research assistants, the employees and the professeurs and assistant professors of the permanent faculty.
These elections will be held from 8 to 10 October 2024, and from 22 to 24 October 2024, in the event of a second round.
The electoral rolls are on display from today, 17 September 2024. You may consult them on the dedicated web pages or at the reception desks of each Sciences Po campus.
Candidate nominations should be put forward at the latest by 24 September 2024 at 12 noon (Paris time). Terms of eligibility, campaign and registration conditions and document templates, applicable to each electoral college and each vote, can be found on the Sciences Po website.
As for the previous elections, we have opted for an electronic voting system.
Eligible voters will receive a personal ID via their email address firstname.lastname@sciencespo.fr enabling them to access the voting website. In addition to this ID they should enter their date of birth in order to obtain their personal password, required for registering each vote. It can be sent to any email address, mobile number or landline that they choose to provide. Once these elements are confirmed, they can proceed to vote.
The voting system will be accessible 24 hours a day during the election period, via any computer, tablet or mobile connected to the internet.

Check your registration on the electoral roll
Anyone eligible to vote who finds that his or her name does not appear on the electoral roll may request to be registered within the timeframe indicated below, by sending an email to: elections@sciencespo.fr
In accordance with Article 6.III of the decree dated 26 May 2011, the electoral rolls for the election of representatives to the boards of the IEP Paris may be modified up until the day before voting begins, by 7 October 2024.

- 24 September 2024 at 12 noon (Paris time): Deadline for candidacy submission
- 30 September (8h) to 7 October (21h) 2024: Election campaign, first round
- 8 to 10 October 2024: First round of voting
- 11 October 2024: Results announced
- 14 October 2024 at 12 noon (Paris time): Deadline for candidacy withdrawal
- 14 October (8h) to 21 October (21h) 2024: Election campaign, second round (if applicable)
- 22 to 24 October 2024: Second round of voting (if applicable)
- 25 October 2024: Results announced
