Sciences Po's 150th Anniversary Festival!

Founded in 1872 as the École libre des sciences politiques, this year Sciences Po celebrates 150 years of existence. International conferences, talks, artistic workshops, film screenings, open mics… We will be showcasing every element of Sciences Po at the institution’s 150th Anniversary Festival, to be held on 16 September from midday to midnight at two different venues: 27 rue Saint-Guillaume and 1 place Saint-Thomas!

Art: let yourself be transported by the scintillating scores of pianist Karol Beffa or by the host of performers at our open mic event. Meet artists such as Ivan Argote or Jordane Saget to discuss their work and their creative process.

Debates: be gripped by the Future Generations Tribunal, a conference-cum-performance that uses the conventions of court procedure to reflect on major future issues. Attend Bruno Latour's conference, discuss with researchers at the closing session of the Academic Freedom Week... Or take a virtual tour of our different campuses.

Culture: score top marks in a listening test with Rachid Santaki, watch a play staged by student theatre association Rhinoceros… and so much more!

The Festival is open to all but registration is required for access to both sites. The ticket is valid for the day and gives access to all the activities.

We look forward to seeing you all at 27 rue Saint Guillaume and 1 place Saint Thomas (75007 Paris)!
