A Learning expedition in Barcelona for the Executive master GTDU

The students of the Executive master Regional governance and urban DEVELOPMENT were in Learning expedition in Barcelona from 15 to 18 September.

This study trip to a European city allowed to immerse the students in a territory where the major current issues are at stake and to dialogue with the actors of its governance.
