Lab Publications
The Lab of Sciences Po's Urban School published a new collection dedicated to contemporary urban and territorial challenges. Titled Transforming Territories – Lessons from the Lab, this initiative highlights the group projects led by our students, in collaboration with experts and professionals. It fosters public debate and offers concrete solutions to current ecological and social challenges.
A cross-cutting and innovative approach
Each issue of the collection presents a synthesis of the key findings from collective projects, to identify innovative approaches and practical recommendations for action.
Goals of the publication:
- Showcase the work of our students from various master's programs
- Build bridges between research and industry professionals
- Address today's and tomorrow's territorial challenges
This collection is also part of Sciences Po’s TIERED project, which seeks to address the environmental and digital transformations that democratic systems are facing.
First issue on environmental justice
The first issue of this collection focuses on the outcomes of four student projects centred on environmental justice. It explores how disadvantaged neighbourhoods, often at the forefront of environmental inequalities, can play a crucial role in the ecological transition. The report offers concrete responses to the question: How can we promote climate justice in these neighbourhoods?
