2015 Graduation Ceremony

Two ministers, a rising media star, proud parents, emotional professors, meaningful words, smiling faces and plenty of selfies; the 2015 graduation ceremony which took place at UNESCO on 1 and 2 July was an exceptional event in more ways than one.

Firstly, for its size. Three successive ceremonies brought together nearly 1,400 graduates and, for the first time, more than 2,000 parents and relatives.

Secondly, for the guest speakers. Addresses by the Swedish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Margot Wallström, and two Sciences Po alumni, French Minister of Economy Emmanuel Macron and French journalist Léa Salamé, kept the audience in the stunning room at UNESCO enthralled.

Finally, for the intense emotion shared by programme directors, professors and parents as they acknowledged all that their talented students and children had accomplished since taking their first steps at Sciences Po.
