QS 2025: Sciences Po Ranked First in the European Union in Employment Outcome

It's one of our favourite annual rendezvous: the QS World University Rankings of the top global universities.

The 2025 edition is the largest ever, with 1,500 universities across 105 higher education systems. Sciences Po stands out in the Employment Outcome category, ranking 1st in France and the European Union, and 30th in the world.

What are the main trends of our graduates' employment outcome?

• High degree of employability: 59% of our graduates secure a position before even graduating ;
• International mobility: 29% of our graduates start their careers abroad, primarily in Europe (66%), but also in North America (12%) or the Asia-Pacific region (7%). This trend highlights the international appeal and recognition of their training ;
• Job stability: 73% of graduates employed on permanent contracts (CDI) at 18 months, underscoring the favourable employment conditions for young graduates ;
• Opportunities across various sectors: 56% work in the private sector, 24% in the public sector, 13% within NGOs or associations, and 7% in international organisations.
