“There’s something special about moving far from your comfort zone”
Evangeline Larsen was born and raised in Australia. Last year, after completing high school at Oxley College in Burradoo, New South Wales, she began the Sciences Po-University of Sydney dual BA programme.
In September 2017, Evangeline started her second academic year on the Sciences Po campus in Menton, where she is specialising in Middle-Eastern studies. She will spend years 3 and 4 at the University of Sydney. In the video, Evangeline explains why she chose the campus in Menton and talks about learning Arabic, her passion for sociology, and meeting people from all over the world.
About the dual Bachelor’s degree with the University of Sydney
Two years in France, two years in Sydney
Students in the dual degree programme spend their first two years at one of three Sciences Po campuses in France (Menton, Reims or Le Havre), each of which focuses on a different world region. All instruction is in English. The last two years of the programme are spent at the University of Sydney.
Students graduate from both universities
After successfully completing the programme, students will earn both a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sciences Po and a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.
