Permanent Faculty
Sciences Po’s permanent faculty consists (as of 31 December 2018) of :
- 57 full professors and 3 lecturers
- 25 CNRS research fellows and 37 CNRS senior researchers
- 27 FNSP assistant professors, 18 FNSP associate professors and 10 FNSP full professors
- 9 FNSP research fellows and 14 FNSP senior researchers
- 26 OFCE research associates and 7 OFCE senior researchers
Each member of the permanent faculty is attached to one of Sciences Po’s 11 research centres and one of the five academic departments. See all research units.
Courses are also taught by 16 instructors with the agrégation, 16 teaching associates and about 40 visiting academics each year.

RECRUITMENT
Sciences Po’s ambitious recruitment policy aims to maintain a faculty of exceptional quality while advancing our commitment to gender equality in hiring and career development.
In 2006, Sciences Po has signed the European Charter for Researchers and The Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (PDF, 5Mo).
Today, Sciences Po, together with its partners from Sorbonne Paris Cité, wants to go one steps further and aims to obtain the Human Resources Excellence in Research label, which is part of the Human Resources Strategy for Research (HRS4R) of the European Commission.
Sciences Po has produced an action plan (PDF, 457 Ko) in order to continue improving the management of the careers of its academics.
