This comprehensive training program delves into the evolving dynamics of the international landscape through the lens of geopolitics and security challenges. Intended Participants

Mid- and senior-level managers with professional experience in defence, public policy, diplomacy or management, and a desire to increase their impact in an international environment.

  • Participants will examine the shift from hybrid warfare to high intensity conflicts and its strategic, political, geopolitical and technological consequences.
  • Understanding strategic cycles and the legacy of the American war on terror
  • Exploring the challenges of preparing for tomorrow’s wars through the development of the Defence Industrial and Technological Base (DITB)
  • Analysing the evolution of the French defence framework from World War II to modern counter-terrorism efforts
  • Analysing strategic tensions and potential military escalation in the Taiwan Straits, along with their global implications
  • Examining key drivers of instability in the Middle East and their interaction with global powers
  • Participating in a Matrix Game, a simulation exercise to explore decision-making dynamics, strategies, and tools available to stakeholders in the Taiwan conflict under the One China Policy framework
  • The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in military operations and its geopolitical implications
  • Applications of AI in command and control, situational awareness, and operational decision-making
  • The information warfare in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, focusing on disinformation techniques and tools to counteract them
  • Scenario planning and decision-making tools such as red teaming and wargaming methodologies.
  • The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in military operations and its geopolitical implications
