Exceptionalism in the US Law of International Arbitration

A debate on the exceptionalism of US arbitration law in comparison with other national arbitration laws, namely with the French one. Topics such as the use of forum non conveniens in the enforcement of awards in the US, the enforcement of arbitral awards annulled in the country of origin both in the US and in France, and, in general, the role of state courts in international arbitration will be addressed.
