Following the State of the Union address given by Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, on September 16, panelists will analyse what they heard (or didn’t hear) and offer their views about the prospects for the European Union.
The discussion will be chaired by Enrico Letta, Dean of the Paris School of International Affairs and former Prime Minister of Italy.
Guest speakers will include:

• Nicole Koenig, Deputy Director at Institut Jacques Delors in Berlin
• Carlos Moedas, former European Commissioner.
