10h - 13h Roundtable discussion: “Digital Infrastructure to Advance Data Agency in the Age of Artificial Intelligence”

This closed door multistakeholder consultation, organized by the Project Liberty Institute (PLI) and Global Solutions Initiative (GSI), will convene around 30 key experts to participate in a global initiative aimed at reshaping the global data landscape by exploring governments' pivotal role in fostering a more distributed and equitable data economy.

The insights gathered from policymakers, academics, and leading practitioners, during this consultation and the following one in Washington D.C., will help develop actionable strategies for advancing a more equitable data economy in the age of artificial intelligence.

12h30 - 13h30 Cooperative AI Governance: Building Responsible AI Across Sectors

This event is co-organized by non-profit organization All Tech Is Human and will offer an engaging panel discussion on fostering responsible AI practices through cross-sector collaboration. Experts from industry, academia, civil society, and government will share insights on the current landscape of AI governance, exploring how we can build new bridges between sectors to better address ethical challenges.

13h30 - 14h30 Information & Democracy Forum: Public Interest AI certification

The Forum on Information and Democracy (FID) will publicly introduce its voluntary certification mechanism for public interest AI during an interactive workshop where participants will have the opportunity to discuss the pragmatic tools supporting responsible AI development and contribute to the design and implementation of the certification and its assessment process.

15h00 - 16h45 Empowering Youth: Innovative Solutions to Combat Disinformation in Democracies

27 rue Saint-Guillaume, Room Albert Sorel - Leroy-Beaulieu

This panel will be dedicated to the youth consultation on disinformation conducted by Sciences Po and Make.org in partnership with NATO and Microsoft. Make.org will present the results of the consultation, with contributions from some of the EU's Youth who participated. In addition, researchers from Sciences Po Law School and CEVIPOF, along with industry experts and high-level NATO officials, will provide their insights on the findings.

17h00 - 18h30 AI Coffee with the French Digital Council

27 rue Saint-Guillaume, Petit Hall

The Café IA (AI Coffee) is a national project piloted by the CNNum designed to create interactive open discussions where participants engage in knowledge-sharing and technology reappropriation through conversation on their perceptions and representations of the social and economic impacts of AI systems. The Café IA is designed to foster direct engagement and the creation of knowledge commons around AI technologies.
