By examining various existing initiatives of hard and soft law as well as decisions of international courts and tribunals, the event will critically assess their contributions and potential for addressing the climate crisis.
This event aims at fostering a comprehensive dialogue on innovative approaches to climate change mitigation and adaptation, reflecting upon the state of art, evaluating the effectiveness of existing climate change initiatives from various sectors and proposing ways and promising avenues for future research and action.
