Christian Breunig

Christian Breunig will be a visiting professor at LIEPP from February 15th to March 15th.

Christian Breunig is Professor of Comparative Politics at the Department of Politics & Public Administration at the University of Konstanz.

Before coming to Konstanz, he was associate professor in political science at the University of Toronto and held a post-doc position at the Max-Planck Institute for the Study of Societies in Cologne, Germany. Christian received his doctorate in the Department of Political Science at the University of Washington in Seattle.

His research concentrates on public policy in advanced democracies, comparative political economy, political methodology, and budgetary politics. He directs the German Policy Agendas project which is part of the Comparative Agendas Project. His publications appeared in American Journal of Political Science, British Journal of Political Science, Comparative Political Studies, Governance, European Journal of Public Policy, and other outlets.
